So What Exactly is it?

The Kratom plant, scientifically known as mitragyna speciosa, is a tropical evergreen tree in the coffee family. Fully grown trees can be around 80 feet tall. The leaves of the kratom tree have been used as traditional medicine since the 19th century to combat many things, including, but not limited to, opiate withdrawals, severe chronic pain, intestinal problems, and cough.
